It's not too late to reserve a yearbook! The online store is now closed, but you can still purchase a yearbook in the main office out of our stash of extras. We can take cash in exact change, a check made out to Sunrise Elementary, or card. The number of extra yearbooks are limited, and available only on a first come first serve basis. |

Parking Lot Safety & Going Home Reminders |

Thank you for your regular communication with us on the going-home plans for your kids. Your communication goes a long way to making sure your child gets to where they need to be at the end of the day. We know our parking lot can be quite busy during drop-off and pick-up, so we wanted to take this opportunity to remind everyone of a few key safety pieces:
(1) Please make sure that as you enter the parking lot that you follow the traffic flow to the RIGHT. Our circle is one-way, so going left after entering can cause potential collisions or other cars getting cut-off. If you need to park instead of pulling through the drop-off/pick-up line, you can hug the inside of the circle to continue around counter-clockwise to find a parking spot.
(2) We have two handicap parking spaces at the front of our parking lot by the kindergarten classrooms. Please leave these spaces open unless you have a handicap placcard displayed. We do have families who have handicap placcards who rely on these spaces, so when they are occupied by cars without the placcards, even if for just a few minutes, it can lead to hardships.
(3) During drop-off and pick-up times, 244th can be a very busy road. Please note the traffic sign at the exit and do not take a left during these particuarly congested times. If 244th is too busy, turning right and going around Southwood will be much faster not only for you, but it will also help keep our pick-up line moving.

ESD libraries are more than a place to check out books - school libraries and their Library and Media educators create a welcoming environment for students to grow, learn, connect, and feel empowered. Guiding Good Choices Workshops |

This spring, we’re excited to offer Guiding Good Choices, a FREE workshop for parents and caregivers of youth ages 9–14.
When: Tuesdays, April 21, 28, May 5, 12, 19, 26
Time: 6:30–8:30 PM

Led by a licensed coach, this 5-session workshop helps caregivers:
- Strengthen family relationships and reduce conflict
- Help kids build resistance skills, especially around substances
- Set clear family rules to keep kids safe and making positive choices
