5th Grade Music Recruitment Field Trip |
Our 5th graders (along with all other 5th graders across the district) had the opportunity to visit the high school to hear about all the different opportunities to participate in music education in middle and high school. They listened to a performance by members of the high school band, orchestra, and choir, and then participated in an instrument "petting zoo" where they got to try out different types of instruments. We heard that Sunrise definitely had some excellent wind instrument potential thanks to Ms. Turner's teaching of playing the recorders.
Way to represent, Eagles!
