Report Card Appearance Update |

| Dear Families,
As you are aware, the Enumclaw School District district recently completed a major upgrade to our student information system, Skyward. As a result of this update, report cards have a new look and format.
Hard copies of report cards will come home today, Friday, March 13th. While the appearance of the report card may look different, the information included remains the same. Grade scales and other academic details have not changed, only the visual layout generated by the upgraded Skyward system.
This change is part of the district’s transition to the updated version of Skyward, which provides improved system functionality and long-term support for student records and reporting. In addition to the hard copy sent home, report cards can also be viewed in Skyward’s Family Access. To view them, log in with your username and password, click “Portfolio,” and then select the PDF for the report card you would like to view.

Important Update Regarding Free Meals for Next Year |
We are VERY close to qualifying for free meals for every student again next year! Qualifying next year is determined by the applications submitted this year. If you have not already filled out the Free/Reduced Meal application for this school year, please take a moment and fill out the application at the link below. We're hoping all families will fill this out regardless of income status. If you would prefer a paper copy, please call the main office at 360-802-7425 and we would be more than happy to send one home with your student.

If you have a non-resident student attending school in the district and would like them to be considered for re-enrollment for the 2026-27 school year, a Choice Transfer application must be completed. This application is an annual state requirement for students who live outside of district boundaries. Choice Transfer Timelines
Please complete the Choice Transfer application via this link between the Open Enrollment period of March 1 through March 31.
For families who miss the March open enrollment dates, a second review of Choice Transfers will be available starting August 1 through the first day of school. Choice Transfers received outside of the open enrollment dates will be denied.
