-
Free breakfast and lunch at Sunrise Elementary
-
Backpack Program: The Rainier Foothills Wellness Foundation delivers bags of food for students to take home on Fridays from school. To enroll your student in this program, please contact our counselor Monica Munger.
-
Full Bellies Program: Also offered by The Rainier Foothills Wellness Foundaton, this community meal is provided for free on Thursdays from 5:30-6:30 at The Foundation office, located at 1304 Griffin Ave.
-
Plateau Outreach Ministries Food Bank: Anyone experiencing food insecurity can visit the foodbank weekly. The POM Food Bank is located at 1720 1/2 Wells Street, and is open from 12:00-3:00 on Mondays, and from 9:00-12:00 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
|
If you are able to help by donating items to the POM Food Bank, please see the list below for their current list of needs. Items can be dropped off at the District Office, directly to the food bank, or to Sunrise Elementary and we can help deliver for you. |
