Dear Enumclaw School Community,

First Semester Comes to a Close

We have reached the end of the first semester, marking an important milestone in our school year. Across all grade levels, students are completing projects and taking assessments that provide valuable insights for teachers. These evaluations highlight what students have mastered, as well as areas to focus on as we enter the second half of the year. Together, we are building a foundation for continued learning and growth.

Over the past several years, the Enumclaw School District Board of Directors has had the privilege of receiving presentations from school leadership teams and program leaders during work-study sessions and business meetings. These presentations showcase the incredible work happening in our classrooms and programs, highlight the progress our students and staff are making, and outline the steps we’re taking to ensure that learning remains a priority. These moments serve as a testament to the dedication and hard work of our entire school community.

I am incredibly proud of the goals that have been accomplished so far this year. Whether through academic achievements, personal growth, or collaborative successes, our students are showing their resilience and commitment to excellence. For those who may not yet be where they want to be—academically, socially, or emotionally—please know there is still time to achieve their goals. With perseverance, determination, and the support of teachers, peers, and families, students can overcome challenges and reach new heights.

To all of you—students, parents, and teachers—thank you for your hard work, dedication, and collaboration. Let’s continue to work together to make the second half of the year just as successful as the first.

You’ve got this, and I’m cheering you on every step of the way!

Have Your Housing Circumstances Changed?

At the beginning of each school year families receive a questionnaire to determine eligibility for McKinney-Vento services.

OSPI recommends a mid-year check-in as an opportunity for anyone with a change to their housing circumstances to submit information. The McKinney-Vento questionnaire can be completed at: https://forms.gle/nKGLgV2PNHht5DtF7

IF YOU HAVE STABLE HOUSING, YOU DO NOT NEED TO COMPLETE THIS FORM.

Please contact your school counselor or ESD Student Support Services at 360-802-7125 with questions.
