Greetings Timberwolf Families!

This is a reminder:

We are OPEN for scheduling Student Led Conferences (SLC) at Enumclaw Middle School on Thursday, November 20th.

What can I expect from SLC?

NOW: Sign up for a time slot

DAY OF:

*Bring your student with their chromebook

*Start in the cafeteria

*Student leads you through their SLC slide deck

*Make your way to the gym to talk to each of your student’s teachers

What times do I have to choose from?

*Designated half hour time slots between 12:30-2:30

*Designated half hour time slots between 4-6:30

*A Spanish Interpreter will be available for time slots 5:00-6:30

*Unsure of specific time but will attend 1st session between 12:30-2:30

*Unsure of specific time but will attend 2nd session between 4:00-6:30

*Unable to attend this year

Please click the link below and complete your preferred conference date and time. Schedule early to get the best availability.

Student Led Conference Schedule Form OPEN until Friday, Nov. 14 at Noon (12 PM)

If you have more than one student attending EMS, please fill out the form for each student; one form per student.

Why do we have to sign up ahead of time?

In the past, we have only had the option of signing up for a time with no drop in time options.

Last year, with the wind storm, we were able to offer drop in times. We received a lot of positive feedback in regards to families liking the ability to attend when it worked for them.

THIS year, we want to give both options. We will communicate with you on Wednesday, the day before SLCs, to let you know peak times families have committed to. That way, those of you who want to drop in between 12:30-2:30 or 4-6:30 can avoid those times in order to avoid the longer wait times for teachers.

What if I sign up and can no longer attend?

If you are unable to attend conferences after you signed up, please email Office Manager Kelly Rettinhouse at Kelly_Rettinhouse@Enumclaw.Wednet.Edu to let her know you are no longer available to attend your session.

Still have questions, please email Office Manager Kelly Rettinhouse at Kelly_Rettinhouse@Enumclaw.Wednet.Edu.

Thank you!
